  Many of our clients purchase support contracts in five, ten, or fifteen hour blocks and maintain a "Retainer" to work off of. This eliminates the tedious and sometimes confusing process of invoicing for individual hours, services, and support calls. Now clients have the ability to log in to their account via the support link on the menu to the left and see exactly where they are with support! There is even a feature added that allows clients to print out a detailed summary of their account.
