 I would like to THANK Simplistic P.C. for fixing my computer.  With their assistance and patience they were able to do their magic and get me going again. I had recently bought my PC and an instant messenger from my manufacturer  explained that their was a patch that needed to be installed. At the time, I didn’t see anything that would have caused a problem. Turns out that it would cause my screen saver  to lock up. Was not able to get the GUI interface back  without a re-boot. What frustration and heart-ache.

 Being in the  IT business it was critical that I get my PC working properly  because of the many night calls I get at home on work-related problems. This constant re-boot was very cumbersome and unwilling to go away without a solution. Tried to call the tech-support line that was provided with the computer and they tried to walk me through some solutions but without an end result.

 My next step was to call somebody that could help locally. Looked around the web and came across Simplistic P.C. Their statement of  “founded on the belief that you get back from your people what you invest into them” constituted a call. I was able to call them up and within minutes they were able to troubleshoot my problem.  After they knew of my dilemma,  they were  quick to provide solutions and were willing to help me get back as soon as possible.  Within a matter of a day they were able to get my machine up and working properly.  Word Class Service in my book.
